The quality of service and technical skills are Six Star. Maxine customizes each project for the individual client. The size or price of the property is only relevant in that the project (purchase, sale, exchange, rental, refinance) is designed to meet the clients needs and timetable.

Whereas most agents work in a specific neighborhood and the clients revolve in and out, Maxine continues with the client as the point of emphasis and the neighborhoods or cities might change. Several times she has been privileged to work with 3 generations in the same family.

Her clients are directed to her by real estate agents throughout North America, corporations, and continuing clients who are knowledgable about her work. Because buyers receive the same quality of care as sellers, with a formal written commitment and responsibility, Maxine usually will not accept more than 5 sellers and 5 buyers as active clients at any given time. Thus each client can be given quality attention from pre-marketing, marketing or home search, inspections, loan signing, to closing and post closing. The client is never delegated to an understudy or assistant.
