Background
Maxine started her real estate career in the San Fernando Valley area
of Los Angeles. When her husband, Burt, became a basketball coach
at Boise State University, the family moved and Maxine continued her
career in a new city with new clients. After earning her broker's
license, she developed the largest brokerage in Idaho and taught real
estate brokerage management for seniors graduating in the real estate
program from the Boise State University School of Business.
Returning to California, the Goldens moved to Irvine, where Maxine
opened her own real estate brokerage, Golden Properties, emphasizing
residential real estate in Irvine, Newport Beach and surrounding communities.
Now with management responsibilities in the hands of others, Maxine then
devoted her full energies to her clients, committed to the philosophy
that "the client is No. 1" and that every client deserves the best
quality of representation in their real estate needs.
